REFUND POLICY

Delta Science (Pvt) Ltd

This Refund Policy governs all payments made to Delta Science (Pvt) Ltd (“Delta Science”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) for services including Shared Hosting, VPS Hosting, Dedicated Servers, Application Hosting, and Domain Services.

By purchasing any service, you agree to this Refund Policy. All decisions made by Delta Science regarding refunds shall be final and binding.

1. General Policy

All services provided by Delta Science are digital in nature. Once a service is activated, server resources, licensing, and infrastructure are allocated. Therefore, all payments are strictly non-refundable unless explicitly stated in this policy.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Shared Hosting Only)

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

A limited 30-day money-back guarantee is available under the following strict conditions,

• Applies only to Shared Hosting plans
• Plan must be purchased for a minimum of three (3) years
• Refund request must be submitted within 30 days of activation
• Only the hosting fee is refundable

3. Strictly Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances,

• Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
• Dedicated Servers
• Application Hosting
• Domain registration, transfer, and renewal fees
• SSL certificates and software licenses
• Setup fees and add-ons
• Renewals of any service
• Promotional or discounted plans

4. Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases,

• Violation of Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy
• Service suspension or termination due to abuse or illegal activity
• Failure to cancel before renewal
• Requests made after the 30-day period
• Change of mind after service activation
• Third-party service issues beyond our control

5. Service Cancellation

Clients are responsible for cancelling services before the next billing cycle. Failure to cancel will result in automatic renewal and charges, which are non-refundable.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or dispute without first contacting Delta Science will be considered a violation of this Agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate all associated services and accounts.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and may take several business days.

8. Final Authority

Delta Science (Pvt) Ltd reserves the sole and absolute right to approve or deny any refund request. All decisions made by the Company shall be final and non-negotiable.
