TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Legal Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) constitute a legally binding contract between you (“Client”, “User”) and Delta Science (Pvt) Ltd, the lawful owner and operator of Ceyora Hosting.

By registering, accessing, or using our Client Portal and Services, you agree to comply with this Agreement and all applicable laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of our Services.

2. Authority to Suspend or Terminate

Delta Science (Pvt) Ltd reserves the absolute right, at its sole administrative discretion, to:

• Suspend
• Restrict
• Disable
• Terminate
• Refuse renewal of

any account or service at any time, with or without notice, and with or without cause.

Grounds may include (but are not limited to):

• Violation of these Terms
• Abuse of Ticket, Email, or Live Chat support systems
• Harassment, threats, or misconduct toward staff
• Security risks to servers or other users
• Illegal, fraudulent, or suspicious activities

Administrative decisions are final and binding.

No refund shall be issued where termination results from violation of this Agreement.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (Strict Prohibition)

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Illegal & Harmful Content

• Child exploitation material (zero tolerance)
• Pornographic content involving minors
• Phishing websites or scam pages
• Identity theft activities
• Fraud operations
• Terrorism, extremism, hate speech

Server & Network Abuse

• Exploitation scripts
• Attempted hacking
• Malware distribution
• Trojan or virus hosting
• Botnets (malicious)
• Unauthorized penetration testing

Spam & Abuse

• Mass mailing
• Email marketing
• Mail bombers
• SMS bombers
• Disposable mail systems
• Fake mailers

Technical Restrictions

• PHP/CGI proxies
• CGI-IRC
• Resource abuse (CPU, RAM, Disk, Bandwidth)
• Excessive cron jobs

Violation will result in immediate suspension or termination without prior notice.

4. Security & Server Protection

If your hosting account is used — intentionally or negligently — to:

• Exploit server vulnerabilities
• Launch attacks
• Compromise other users
• Distribute malicious software

Your account will be terminated immediately to protect platform integrity.

5. Support Policy

Ceyora Hosting provides support via:

• Ticket System
• Official Email

We do NOT provide:

• Emergency support
• Phone support
• Guaranteed instant Live Chat support

Response times may vary.

We do not provide webmaster-level support including:

• Coding assistance
• Script debugging
• Installation of third-party applications

We only assist with server-level configuration issues when technically feasible.

6. Configuration & Software Requests

For Fully Managed Dedicated Servers only:

We may assist with:

• Custom PHP/MySQL configuration
• Dedicated IP firewall configuration
• DNS configuration
• HTTPD configuration

CPanel extension installations may be approved provided they do not compromise server stability, performance, or security.

All approvals remain at our sole discretion.

7. Backups & Data Responsibility

While periodic backups may be maintained, they are provided without guarantee.

Clients are fully responsible for maintaining independent backups of all data.

Delta Science (Pvt) Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Data loss
• Corruption
• Service interruption
• Hardware failure
• Cyberattacks
• Accidental deletion

8. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable.

• No cash refunds
• No service credits
• No reversals once deposit is completed

By making payment, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes.

If a chargeback is filed:

• Immediate account termination
• Permanent service ban
• Legal recovery action if necessary

Use of stolen or unauthorized payment methods will result in immediate termination and possible legal reporting.

9. Promotional Credits & Free Balance

Promotional credits, coupons, or free balances:

• May be revoked
• Adjusted
• Deducted

at our sole discretion without notice.

If deductions result in a negative balance, the account will be suspended until settled.

10. Intellectual Property

All infrastructure, software, systems, and branding associated with Ceyora Hosting remain the intellectual property of Delta Science (Pvt) Ltd.

Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties, express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

Delta Science (Pvt) Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits
• Business interruption
• Reputational damage
• Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the affected service during the preceding billing period.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Delta Science (Pvt) Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of services
• Breach of this Agreement
• Violation of any applicable law

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
